AOG Support – Aircraft on Ground

AstroNova® Aerospace guarantees expedited response with 24/7 support for AOG for all of our avionics products and will apply the necessary resources to ensure timely return-to-service of your aircraft.

Please provide the following information when requesting AOG support:

• Name
• Company Name
• Model and serial number of the failed item
• Phone number and email address
• Is the item already at our facility or on its way? Provide AWB if it is on the way.
• PO or RO number
• Ship to and Bill to addresses

Customers can expect the following response times:

• Aircraft on Ground (AOG)
  We will respond within 1 hour and advise actions within 4 hours 

• Critical (imminent AOG or work stoppage)
  We will respond within 4 hours and advise actions within 24 hours
